时雨,陆军军医大学第一附属医院(重庆西南医院)病理科教授、主任医师、博士生导师,国家自然科学基金优秀青年基金和重庆自然科学基金杰出青年基金获得者,国家重点研发计划首席青年科学家,获中国抗癌协会“青年科学家奖”、中华医学会“中国病理研究杰出青年奖”、中国医疗保健国际交流促进会“华夏青年医学科技奖”和重庆市“十佳科技青年奖”。兼任中国抗癌协会青年理事、中国抗癌协会肿瘤转移专业委员会常务委员,中华医学会病理学分会科研工作委员会副组长。

研究方向:主要从事“恶性胶质瘤空间免疫病理及诊疗意义”研究。系统研究肿瘤相关巨噬细胞(TAM)的空间异质性及其对胶质瘤干细胞(GSC)和抗瘤免疫的调控作用。包括:(1)绘制了胶质瘤空间病理图谱,鉴定出TAM新功能亚群,解析了其空间生态位异质性;(2)揭示了胶质瘤关键空间区域(缺氧区、围血管区、侵袭边缘区)内TAM的功能分工,阐明了其诱导免疫抑制、血管重塑和GSC侵袭的具体机制;(3)发展了针对TAM空间生态位的干预及联合治疗新策略。主持国家自然科学基金青年基金B类项目(原优青项目)和联合基金项目、国家重点研发计划青年科学家项目、国家科技重大专项课题在内的国家及省部级课题12项。发表论文60余篇,其中以第一或通讯作者发表SCI论文25篇(IF>20 论文7篇,IF>10论文8篇),他引5500余次,H指数39。担任SCI杂志Modern Pathology、Laboratory Investigation、MedComm、Genes & Diseases编委。授权国家发明专利11件。曾入选国家博士后创新人才支持计划。

教学课程:作为重庆市高校一流本科课程(病理学)团队骨干,承担本科和研究生病理学和肿瘤学的理论、实训和前沿进展课程,授课1000余课时,深受学生欢迎,评为陆军军医大学“教学标兵”。坚持基础与临床相结合,启发学生科研创新能力,指导学生获得“全国大学生医学创新大赛金奖(2023、2024、2025)”和“全国高等医药院校大学生形态学绘图大赛一等奖(2024)和二等奖(2023)”。加强肿瘤病理学建设和发展,作为导师/导师组成员培养硕士研究生11名和博士研究生8名,被评为“重庆市青年专家工作室领衔专家(2022)”和“重庆市学术技术带头人后备人才(2024)”。
